A suburban house in Cape Town needed to be reconfigured to suit the clients family.
The bedrooms were to inhabit an existing slab on the first floor. This left ample room for a central study and family room upstairs. A balcony provides views over a new pool in the garden, and the master suite received a newly added walk-in closet.
The facade would be reconfigured with large arched windows to allow more light and connection to outdoors with views towards Table Mountain.
